The company was founded by Tanya who is a third-generation real estate investor and her husband Nick. Becoming tired of the runaround they’d had with other property management companies, and knowing there was a better way to take care of their real estate investments, they opened Envy Property Management in 2016. They founded Envy with the belief that property owners deserved a management partner who truly understands the investor perspective — not just someone to collect rent and coordinate repairs. With the mindset of being investors, they focus on utilizing technology and systems to create efficiencies and value while striving to build lasting relationships with both the investors they serve as well as the hundreds of tenants they place. Communication is a core value at Envy, ensuring owners stay informed, confident, and supported at every stage of management.
Tanya and Nick have been personally investing in real estate for over 15 years, specializing in single-family homes, multi-family apartments, and small commercial buildings. Tanya is the Director of Operations overseeing all of Envy’s day to day activities, while Nick is a licensed Principal Broker. Their long-term experience as real estate investors allows Envy to approach management decisions with both financial performance and tenant quality in mind. When not serving their clients and overseeing their investments, you can find them enjoying mountain biking, boating, snow skiing, and spending time with their 4 kids and son-in-laws.

Nick brings expertise in construction, financial strategy, and contract negotiation, leading successful acquisition and value-add projects. His passion for real estate has driven Envy’s growth into a trusted name in the industry, delivering strategic solutions for long-term success.
Tanya Jensen
Director of Operations
Tanya has more than 20 years of experience in rental property management. As a licensed Realtor, she’s a pro at handling tricky tenant situations, stabilizing investment properties, and growing client real estate investments the smart way. Her steady hand keeps our team delivering top-notch service and real results on every property we touch.

Assistant Property Manager
Bethany has over 10 years of experience in management, with more than 5 years specializing in property management. Her background in communication, information technology, and psychology strengthens tenant and owner relationships. She is focused on maximizing property value through strong interpersonal skills, operational efficiency, and responsive service.

As a Leasing Specialist, he focuses on marketing properties, screening tenants, and ensuring smooth leasing experiences from start to finish.
